AnswerGarden is a minimalistic tool where you can post some basic questions or prompts for the students to brainstorm ideas as a whole class. This tool does not require you or the students to create an account; however, if you use a password for your AnswerGarden, you can edit your question.

After creating your AnswerGarden (simply writing your question/prompt), you invite your participants to answer your question or respond to your prompt. You can invite students with a link or QR code. Students’ answers will instantly form a growing word cloud on the screen. You can review the answers with the students.
This tool is very useful for the pre-reading/writing/listening/speaking stages of a lesson. It gives students a chance to brainstorm ideas.
